Environmental Due Diligence
The environmental due diligence is a fundamental transition when trading industrial sites: in fact it allows to analyze any environmental negative aspects of the site and relative associated risks.
The environmental due diligence is represented by a technical itinerary divided in several phases which include: an analysis of the documents concerning the history of the site, the geological and hydrogeological information and all other information useful to reconstruct the environmental profile of the area, one or more inspections and specific surveys, carefully planned in order to identify any critical issues.
